In addition to developing brands for other people, I have created original projects for TV, live performance and special events. My projects have been invited to the Smithsonian Institute, The Comedy Central Theater, NYU, Harvard, LA Grand Performances and many storied institutions.
With considerable time spent touring as a spoken-word artist, guest speaker and stand up comedian, I have also had a unique opportunity to interact with different geographies. ages and cultural demographics. I often speak on Race and Representation at colleges, conferences and events focused on pop culture, diversity and women in the media.
DANCE YOUR ASS OFF
I am the co-creator and Executive Producer for NBC-Universal’s hit weight loss show “Dance Your Ass Off” Which aired in 9 countries and sold as a format to 21 markets. The show paired contestants from around the country with professional dancers and challenged them every week in a new dance style fully staged and costumed. The show holds the record for Oxygen Television’s highest rated premiere and highest level of interactivity with its online portal at launch in 2009. It aired for 2 years in the United States and continued for many years after in its international version. To see a trailer click visit the “Imagination” Page of this site.
I also created and served as Creative EP for the hit kids’ TV show Cache Craze for YTV in Canada and Disney XD/ Nickleodeon in the US. This was the first kids’ show to use Augmented Reality technology through a dedicated app. The app enabled teams to search for hidden geocaches with google earth maps installed on their “Cache Nabbers.” The show combined outrageous challenges to unlock the map and a progressive AR points system that favored people who found the caches first. Episode winners took home prizes and the “Amazeball” – a globe-shaped trophy.
I also did the storyboard and created challenges for an online game, using key show elements, a different points system and the integration of sponsor Dannon Yogurt for “energy charges”. The game won the “Golden Couch” award and was the most popular game on the YTV network portal for both seasons. You can read about the game on the developer site HERE.

LIVE SERIES AND EVENTS
SKINNY DIP and LAUGH OUT LOUNGE at SOHO HOUSE NEW YORK
The exclusive Soho House in New York approached me to create a summer event series and so was born the legendary Skinny Dip fashion, performance art and DJ parties: featuring the best of New York fashion designers (DVF, La Perla, Matthew Williamson, Ungaro) combined with artists (dancers from Mark Morris, the NY Synchro Team, House of Ninja vogue dancers, opera singers from the Met, drummers from STOMP and many more). It ran every Wednesday for the summer 2011. And it was wild.
The Laugh out Lounge was a stand up comedy series which introduced New Yorks most outrageous and seasoned comedy stars to members at Soho house for private comedy shows in the Library lounge.
Because of my connections in the high culture, stand up comedy and music worlds both of these events were thrilling new programs to surprise and entertain members.
STAND UP COMEDY
I was the executive producer of the all-female comedy special “The Naughty Show” which was released on demand and on DVD by Eagle Rock Entertainment.
I myself have appeared as a stand up at The Montreal Comedy Festival, The Vancouver Comedy Festival, The Comedy Central Theater, Carolines on Broadway, The Laugh Factory, Gotham, The Improv, and Yuk Yuks. Sets have been recorded for the National Lampoon International Comedy Special, Showtime’s Hot Tamales, Comedy Central Women in Comedy, CTV Comedy Now. I have also produced many live comedy shows for corporations and charity fundraisers.
